Everything Print provides professional printing services including but not limited to:

• 3D Letters and signage
• Large format banners
• Custom signage and displays
• CNC cutting services
• Wallpapers and murals
• Display units and exhibition materials
• Custom printing solutions

3. User Accounts

To place orders on our platform, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment terms:

• Full payment is required before production begins
• We accept major credit cards, EFT, and other approved payment methods
• All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR)
• Additional charges may apply for rush orders or special requirements

5. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and contact information.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. However, we will assess each case individually. Refunds may be issued at our discretion for manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in materials you provide for printing. By submitting materials, you warrant that you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe any third-party rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

Everything Print shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
